This paper presents a comprehensive solution to mitigate network congestion in T-S fuzzy networked control systems (NCSs) caused by denial-of-service (DoS) attacks and quality-of-service (QoS) queuing mechanisms. We develop a novel data compression mechanism to alleviate network congestion and use a mini-batch descent gradient algorithm to optimize trigger thresholds, thereby reducing bandwidth usage. Additionally, we introduce asymmetric Lyapunov-Krasovskii functions (LKFs) to decrease the number of decision variables, which improves the reliability and robustness of the control algorithm. Finally, we propose an intelligent event-triggered controller (IETC) supervised by mini-batch machine learning and validate it on the joint CarSim-Simulink platform. Experimental results demonstrate that our approach reduces the sensitivity of autonomous vehicle (AV) systems to network fluctuations while ensuring system stability under network congestion caused by DoS attacks.

This work focuses on the dissipative analysis and quantized sampled-data control design issues for T-S fuzzy networked control system (TSFNCS) under stochastic cyber-attacks (SCAs), which have strong application backgrounds and significant theoretical research value in the field of network security. For this work, a novel time-delay-product relaxed condition (TDPRC) is introduced, which can obtain the slack constraints based on the delay information. Then, by fully considering the delay and sampling time point information, an improved boundary looped-functional (BLF) is developed to acquire more information on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF). In addition, based on the relationship between the sampling moments $(t_{k+1}-t)\eta ^{T}_{3}(t)$ and $(t-t_{k})\eta ^{T}_{4}(t)$ in $V_{c}(x_{t})$ , the obtained constraints may be further relaxed. Next, a new criterion and the corresponding algorithm are established using reciprocally convex matrix inequality (RCMI), proper integral inequalities, and the linear convex combination method (LCCM). In addition, a new quantitative sample data (QSD) controller under SCA is designed to ensure that TSFNCS is asymptotically stable (AS) and dissipative. Finally, the experiment of the truck-trailer system (TTS) dynamics equations proves the correctness of the theory proposed in this paper.

This study investigates the stability problem in nonlinear networked control systems (NCSs). First, innovative compression rules are introduced to mitigate network congestion and bandwidth utilization issues stemming from quality of service (QoS) queuing mechanisms and denial of service (DoS) attacks. We develop an intelligent trigger controller supervised by a mini-batch machine learning (MBML) algorithm to optimize network bandwidth utilization. Furthermore, we formulate more generalized Lyapunov-Krasovskii functions (LKFs) to simplify mathematical derivations, and we employ appropriate integral inequalities to minimize constraints. Finally, experimental evaluations are conducted on an autonomous vehicle (AV) using the joint CarSim-Simulink platform to verify the effectiveness of the proposed intelligent trigger controller.

This paper analyzes the mechanism of denial-of-service (DoS) attacks initiated by hackers from the perspective of computer networks. In order to effectively estimate the performance error generated by the T-S fuzzy networked control systems (NCSs) under DoS attacks, we transform the performance error estimation (PEE) problem into the one of finding ellipsoid constraints $\mathfrak {J}(P_{i})$. First, improved Lyapunov-Krasovskii functions (LKFs) based on fuzzy membership functions (FMFs) are constructed, which combine the characteristics of nonlinear problems in the system to reduce the initial constraints. Then, a second-order weight method (SOWM) is introduced to divide the time interval of sampling meticulously. Besides, the information stored in the LKFs is enhanced. Furthermore, we construct the novel looped functions by relying on the SOWM. Next, a suitable integral elastic event trigger mechanism (EIETM) is established to ensure that the performance errors caused by the attacks are estimated. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by a two-degree-of-freedom helicopter system (2-DoF HS).

This study focuses on the novel dissipative sampled-data control mechanism for high-speed trains systems (HSTSs) with quantized measurements. Firstly, an improved time-delay-product function (TDPF) is introduced for developing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF), which fully considers the delay information and the delay derivative information. Then, by combining LKF theory with new analysis techniques, relaxed conditions are established. Furthermore, the desired dissipative sampled-data controller with state quantization (DSDCSQ) is designed to ensure that HSTS is asymptotically stable under an optimizing performance index. Finally, the Japan Shinkansen high-speed trains (HSTs) example is given to illustrate the effectiveness.
