Maria Luisa Lorusso is head of the Unit of Neuropsychology of Learning and Language Disorders at the Scientific Institute IRCCS Medea in Bosisio Parini, Italy, where she conducts both clinical and research activity. She graduated in General and Experimental Psychology in Padova (1990) and in Clinical Linguistics in Groningen (2001), where she also received her Ph.D. in Developmental Neuropsychology in 2006. Her interests mainly concern reading and language disorders in children, their etiology and remediation, and the use of new technologies.
