My research primarily revolves around biotechnology, especially bacterial or fungal products that can provide a useful service. For example, the production of lactic acid for subsequent polymerization and production of PLA, which can then be used in some products. This is even on a pilot scale. On the other hand, we can mention the production of GOS from whey, as prebiotic products used primarily in food products. Also worth mentioning is the fermentative production of hydrogen from whey. Among other topics, I have explored the production and scaling of products from fungi.
