Alžbeta Kucharčíková is a professor (prof, Ing., PhD.) in Faculty of Management Science and Informatics. In her pedagogical and research activities, she focuses on economic theory, mainly from the perspective of the human capital as part of the market value of the company and a source of economic growth. Guarantor of the study program Economics and Management, member of Slovak Academic Association for People Management, author of several international publications (ORCID 000-0003-2501-6626) and vice-head of department of Macro and Microeconomics.
