Adriele Rodrigues Dos Santos holds a degree in Food Technology (2007) from the Federal University of Technology of Paraná. She worked with the implementation of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Quality Control in dairies in Campo Mourão-Pr. She worked as a professor of higher education at the Federal University of Technology of Paraná - Campo Mourão. In March 2014, she completed her master's degree in Food Sciences from the State University of Maringá, with a CNPQ scholarship. She completed her PhD in Food Sciences from the State University of Maringá, with a sandwich period at the University of Aveiro in Portugal (2019). She worked as a researcher at Agrocells biotechnology and is currently a laboratory technician at the Federal University of Technology of Paraná - Campo Mourão. He has experience in the area of Food Science and Technology, with an emphasis on food, environmental and agricultural microbiology.
