Vera Rodrigues received her PhD in Fluid Mechanics from École Centrale de Nantes (France) in 2015. Since 2016, she has been conducting postdoctoral research at the Centre for Environmental and Marine Studies (CESAM). She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environment and Planning at the University of Aveiro and an integrated member of the Research Group on Circular Economy, Resources and Energy Optimization at CESAM.Her research focuses on computational fluid dynamics, air quality, urban microclimate, waste valorization, co-gasification, and carbon neutrality.
