Ultraviolet (UV) photodetectors (PDs) based on nanowire (NW) hold significant promise for applications in fire detection, optical communication, and environmental monitoring. As optoelectronic devices evolve towards lower dimensionality, multifunctionality, and integrability, multicolor PDs have become a research hotspot in optics and electronic information. This study investigates the enhancement of detection capability in a light-trapping ZnO NW array through modification with Pt nanoparticles (NPs) via magnetron sputtering and hydrothermal synthesis. The optimized PD exhibits superior performance, achieving a responsivity of 12.49 A/W, detectivity of 4.07 × 1012 Jones, and external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 4.19 × 103%, respectively. In addition, the Pt NPs/ZnO NW/ZnO PD maintains spectral selectivity in the UV region. These findings show the pivotal role of Pt NPs in enhancing photodetection performance through their strong light absorption and scattering properties. This improvement is associated with localized surface plasmon resonance induced by the Pt NPs, leading to enhanced incident light and interfacial charge separation for the specialized configurations of the nanodevice. Utilizing metal NPs for device modification represents a breakthrough that positively affects the preparation of high-performance ZnO-based UV PDs.

As the demand for solar X-ray observation devices continues to rise, the Wolter-I type grazing incidence mirror has emerged as a critical component in these instruments, particularly for high-precision imaging. This mirror efficiently focuses X-rays, enabling astronomers to detect fainter celestial signals. It plays a key role in providing essential data for understanding the origin and evolution of the universe. The operating principle of the Wolter-I type grazing incidence mirror is based on grazing incidence reflection. This reflection guides X-rays to a focal point through a specific surface structure, enabling high-resolution imaging. This paper presents the design of a super-precision optical processing system for the Wolter-I type mirror. The system features a coaxial Confocal structure, consisting of a rotating parabolic surface and a rotating hyperbolic surface. It also includes a radial adjustment fixture and an automatic polishing fluid supply device. The paper outlines the imaging principles of the Wolter-I mirror, analyzes the impact of surface shape accuracy on imaging performance, and selects microcrystalline glass as the mirror substrate. Using the custom-designed processing system, the rough-turned workpiece undergoes several steps. After diamond wheel grinding, the workpiece is subjected to 160 hours of rough polishing. It then undergoes 720 hours of fine and super-fine polishing, using cerium oxide polishing fluids with particle sizes of W2, W1, and W0.8, respectively. The final surface shape accuracy of the mirror is characterized by a peak-to-valley (PV) value of 253 nm, a root mean square (RMS) value of 3.5 nm, and a root mean square roughness (Rq) of 4.6 nm. These values meet the requirements for composite extreme ultraviolet-soft X-ray telescopes. Experimental results show that the designed super-precision optical processing system effectively improves surface shape accuracy. It is well-suited for processing the unique internal surfaces of Wolter-I type grazing incidence mirrors. This system enhances the mirror's imaging performance and lays a solid foundation for future high-resolution X-ray astronomical observations. Future research will focus on optimizing the processing techniques further, exploring the impact of different materials on imaging quality, and developing more advanced optical systems to meet emerging observational needs.

Silent chain is widely used in the field of mechanical transmission. Compared with ordinary chain transmission, it has prominent advantages such as high precision, low noise, and being suitable for high speed and heavy loads. Based on the design concept of intelligent dynamics, the phase variation is carried out. The multiphase transmission silent chain retains the original advantages of the single-phase transmission silent chain, and its structure bearing capacity is improved, the polygon effect is reduced, and the fluctuation, noise, and vibration of elastic edge are improved. Based on rigid-flexible intelligent dynamics technology, the transmission characteristics of a multiphase transmission silent chain system were studied. In this paper, the meshing contact force between the chain plate and the sprocket is described in detail, and the 3d model and dynamic model of the multiphase transmission silent chain are established. Topological optimization method was used to design the lightweight of the multiphase transmission silent chain, and the existing target of lightweight was realized. The dynamics simulation was carried out to extract the dynamics data and analyze the dynamics characteristics such as tight edge fluctuation, instantaneous transmission ratio, and meshing contact force. The results show that the model correctly predicts the dynamic behavior of the system, and the high speed inhibits the lateral fluctuation of the system. The peak value of meshing contact force increases with the increase of rotational speed, and the multiphase drive can be used in practical control system design.

With the rapid development of industry, the production and demand of automobiles have increased significantly. The generation of cars often requires tens of thousands of processes, consisting of hundreds of assembly lines to complete. Chain conveyors are widely used in the transportation of automobile assembly lines. The existing conveyor chains are roller chains. With the improvement of the requirements for conveyor reliability, synchronization, and environmental friendliness, the characteristics of roller conveyor chains restrict the further development of chain conveyors. It is urgent to study a new conveyor chain system to improve the synchronization, reliability, and environmental friendliness of chain conveyors on hundreds of assembly lines. In this paper, the mathematical modeling, meshing analysis, reliability, and environmental friendliness of the parameters of the components of the double pitch time-sharing meshing toothed conveyor chain system are studied. In addition, a novel fault diagnosis method of double pitch time-sharing meshing toothed conveyor chain transmission system based on neural network model is proposed in this paper.

Wolter-I structures based on X-ray grazing incidence optics are often used in extreme ultraviolet (EUV) collection optical systems, especially in the application of discharge plasma (DPP) sources. With the development of computer technology, the computerized surface forming (CCOS) method can significantly improve the surface accuracy and meet the optical requirements of high precision when processing Wolter-I grazing incident mirrors. In this paper, the nonlinear model predictive control (NMPC) system is innovatively introduced into the traditional CCOS method instead of the PID control system, and the application of NMPC in the rough grinding and fine grinding stages of Wolter-I grazing incident mirrors is studied, and it is found that the processing process and processing efficiency are effectively optimized through the system. Firstly, a detailed geometric model of the mirror was established for the special geometry of the inner surface of the cylindrical surface of the Wolter-I grazing incident mirror. Secondly, in view of the complex and nonlinear characteristics of the Wolter-I grazing incident mirror, a nonlinear model of the machining process is established, and the influence of spindle feed rate, removal pressure, abrasive particle size and other factors on the machining accuracy is considered, and the simulation results show that when the spindle feed rate is 25 mm/s, the removal pressure is 9 N, and the abrasive particle size is 10, the removal efficiency is the highest and the removal effect is the best. The experimental results show that the CCOS method combined with NMPC significantly improves the surface accuracy and effectively improves the processing efficiency and reduces the production cost when processing the Wolter-I grazing incident mirror.
