In the early years of Leda Roncoroni's career, she concentrated on research in the field of translational medicine, with a particular interest in nutrition. After attending a university specialization course in nutrition and wellness, she began her career as a nutritionist biologist. Since 2014, Leda has been the contact person for the nutrition clinic of the Center for the Prevention and Diagnosis of Celiac Disease of the Polyclinic of Milan, where nutritional counseling is offered to patients who are followed both after the diagnosis of celiac disease and during the follow-up in cases specific to overweight or nutritional problems.
