MOHAMMAD FURQAN ALI is currently working as a research engineer and pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Wireless Communication Engineering from the School of Computer Science and Robotics, National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Tomsk, Russia. He received his M.Sc. degree (Distinction and Gold Medalist) from National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Tomsk, Russia in 2018 and his B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) degree from UP Technical University, Lucknow, India in 2013. His research interests include optical communication, underwater visible light communication (UVLC), 5G wireless networking, the Internet of Things (IoTs), and hybrid-cooperative underwater wireless communication.
