Sensors used in rocket and space technology are subject to extreme external influences in terms of temperature, vibration, and shock. Therefore, the choice of the type of sensors is justified precisely by the resistance to such factors, as well as the ability to ensure the temporal and parametric stability of measurements. A new type of sensors – fiber-optic ones – meets these conditions. The basis for the selection and further improvement of such sensors were such requirements as minimum power consumption, high accuracy and stability of measurements, the ability to combine several measurements in one sensor. It is noted that for space infrastructure the factor of the possibility of simultaneous measurement of several parameters with one sensor is one of the important quality indicators. This is due to the possibility of reducing the number of sensors themselves, which reduces the mass and size parameters of space technology. This applies, first of all, to measurements of pressure and temperature, since they, in aggregate, account for at least 40 % of all measurements in space products. The path of choos-ing the types of methods and sensor designs led to the combination of the amplitude conversion method and optical communication in one sensor. In this case, amplitude modulation of pressure and temperature is carried out by a microelec-tromechanical unit (module), and the modulated optical signal is transmitted by an optical module. Such a modular composition of the sensor makes it possible to dispense with optical ana-lyzers (interrogators) and carry out further pro-cessing based on standard interfaces. A limitation of the proposed methods and designs is the need for microelectromechanical structures that measure certain physical quantities. Such structures for fiber-optic sensors are not mass-produced; therefore, their manufacture can be established at instrument-making enterprises with microelectronic equipment

The objects of research are the designs and manufacturing technologies of a combined fiber-optic sensor. It is used in extreme operating conditions. The essence of the task is to study the constructive and technological compatibility of optical and micromechanical principles of simultaneous measurement of several heterogeneous physical quantities. In this regard, the chosen modular conversion principle solves the problem of combined conversion. The developed design and technology of the electro-adhesive connection make it possible to significantly reduce the internal mechanical stresses in the sensor and thereby increase the stability of the combined sensors in extreme operating conditions. Analytical models linking the magnitude and orientation of internal mechanical stresses with the characteristics of temporary stability for complex structures, as a rule, are absent. In practice, the obtained research results can be applied to combined pressure and temperature sensors, pressure and vibration, etc.

The aim of the study is to increase the effectiveness of automated face recognition to authenticate identity, considering features of change of the face parameters over time. The improvement of the recognition accuracy, as well as consideration of the features of temporal changes in a human face can be based on the methodology of artificial neural networks. Hybrid neural networks, combining the advantages of classical neural networks and fuzzy logic systems, allow using the network learnability along with the explanation of the findings. The structural scheme of intelligent system for identification based on artificial neural networks is proposed in this work. It realizes the principles of digital information processing and identity recognition taking into account the forecast of key characteristics’ changes over time (e.g., due to aging). The structural scheme has a three-tier architecture and implements preliminary processing, recognition and identification of images obtained as a result of monitoring. On the basis of expert knowledge, the fuzzy base of products is designed. It allows assessing possible changes in key characteristics, used to authenticate identity based on the image. To take this possibility into consideration, a neuro-fuzzy network of ANFIS type was used, which implements the algorithm of Tagaki-Sugeno. The conducted experiments showed high efficiency of the developed neural network and a low value of learning errors, which allows recommending this approach for practical implementation. Application of the developed system of fuzzy production rules that allow predicting changes in individuals over time, will improve the recognition accuracy, reduce the number of authentication failures and improve the efficiency of information processing and decision-making in applications, such as authentication of bank customers, users of mobile applications, or in video monitoring systems of sensitive sites.

Advances in quantum computing have created a serious threat to modern asymmetric cryptosystems protecting heterogeneous critical information infrastructures (CIIs). During this transition period, the primary threat is the “Harvest Now, Decrypt Later” (HNDL) temporal strategy of attackers, which requires the forced migration of CIIs to post-quantum cryptography (PQC) algorithms. However, such migration is associated with nonlinear “technological friction.” This will manifest as a drop in the performance of legacy systems, such as SCADA. In the context of deep cross-industry integration, this can trigger avalanche-like cascading CII failures. This article presents a model of a zero-sum differential game between a CII defender and an attacker (APT group). Using Pontryagin’s maximum principle and the Forward–Backward Sweep Method (FBSM) iterative algorithm, a saddle point was found that determines the equilibrium trajectories of limited resource allocation over a given planning horizon for the CII transition to PQC. The results of the computational experiment demonstrated that isolated sectoral migration is ineffective. It is shown that optimal control requires cross-sector synchronization to prevent cascading degradation of the CII. The proposed mathematical framework provides a practical toolkit for strategic IT budget planning and national security risk management in anticipation of quantum supremacy (Q-Day).

In this paper, an LED screen with ultra-low power consumption is developed. The work proposes methods for modeling mechanical and electronic systems. The combination of these scientific works gives us an opportunity to reduce power consumption. Spatial-mechanical sweep is developed, which allows to refuse decoding circuits, which in turn consume 35-40% of the total power consumption. We studied the setup of SDRAM controller for reading video data stored in memory or entering data into memory, and developed a code for reading data from the controller memory and outputting it to the data bus on demand of the output device. The results of this study can be widely used by the system for the integrated operation of the evacuation information system in training mode in order to train and mobilize personnel responsible for evacuation, as well as to keep all information and communication resources in readiness.
