Pesin, Alexander, deputy head of Laboratory of Mechanics of Gradient Nanomaterials, Chairman and a member of scientific committees of leading international scientific conferences, such as ICTP, ICSMR, Metal Forming, ICFMM, etc. He has high professional competencies in the field of metal forming, as well as the mechanics of technological processes of hot and cold rolling, asymmetric rolling, accumulative roll bonding, SPD. Pesin, A has published 491 scientific articles (including 54 in Scopus and WoS). In total, he obtained 116 patents for inventions of the Russian Federation for new methods of sheet processing of which 14 papers were published in high-ranking journals.
