Chris Harnish received his PhD in 2014 from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently the Program Director for the Dept of Kinesiology at Mary Baldwin University. He is a member of both the ACSM and NSCA, holding certifications with both organizations. His research interests include endurance performance, high-intensity interval training, application and analysis of cycling e-Sports performance, and validation of testing methodology and nutritional supplement claims.
