The paper considers the form of taking into account the specialization of information needs. An analysis of the work of modern call centers has been carried out. The authors noted the effectiveness of using IVR devices, operators, and consultants for differentiated customer service and the need to take feedback into account when forming the revenue stream of applications. The models make it possible to determine the leading indicators of the quality of service for applications arriving at the call center. Formal expressions for descriptions are derived from the input parameters' values and the model's stationary probability. The relationships between the characteristics of the call center that regulate the intensity of incoming and outgoing calls, call processing through 3CXPhone, corporate mail, and social networks were obtained using Global Statistic. The developed methodology for organizing information and reference systems makes it possible to consider modern trends in the development of call centers. The paper presents the results of research using the IP IVR system. The results of calculating service characteristics are given for two different types of calls with mixed order ω=(0.5; 0.7; 0.9). The presented results were obtained by using experimental data of the JSC Kazakhtelecom's call center. For the calculations, the authors used the formulas of the teletraffic theory for a mixed service system. It also assesses the extent of combined service model effects for the contact center's call quality. It is shown that the probability of lost calls depends on the incoming load. The obtained results show that the mixed order for incoming calls servicing affects the probability of service failure.
The integration of renewable resources and prosumers into smart grids poses challenges related to scalability, transparency, and transmission efficiency. Centralized routing frequently depends on expensive technology and experiences significant losses. This study presents a blockchain-based smart contract system (BSCS) that reduces transmission losses while guaranteeing secure and decentralized energy transfers. The smart grid is represented as a weighted directed graph, with edges denoting actual power losses. Dijkstra’s shortest path algorithm generates optimal paths from the generator to the consumer with minimal loss. These optimal pathways are permanently documented and regulated by permissioned blockchain smart contracts, ensuring tamper-proof and verifiable energy settlement. Validation is performed using an enhanced IEEE 58-bus test system, which is based on the standard IEEE 57-bus network, by incorporating an additional synthetic consumer node (Bus 58) linked to Bus 12 to simulate a flexible prosumer load of 1.5 MW + 0.5 Mvar. Additionally, the synthetic consumer node employs Ganache, Truffle, and Solidity for its implementation. This modification facilitates the assessment of dynamic energy routing and decentralized transaction settlement in extended topology scenarios. The proposed BSCS demonstrates substantial enhancements compared to baseline blockchain systems. Active power losses in transmission lines are diminished, gas consumption declines by approximately 12%, latency is enhanced by as much as 21%, and throughput increases by more than 30%. The rapid deployment and execution of smart contracts within sub-second intervals validate the system's appropriateness for real-time grid operations. The proposed technique combines graph-theoretic optimization with blockchain governance to provide a safe, scalable, and hardware-independent framework for decentralized energy markets.

Terahertz technology has recently attracted the attention of the researchers due to its wide range of applications such as security and military, biomedicine and health care, astronomy and biology. There are many scrutinized research papers among the terahertz applications with nanodevices such as self-switching devices. They need monolithic microwave integrated circuits for integration. It is evident that the system impedance of transmission lines is 50 Ω. However, the main limitation of self-switching diodes is high level of impedance in megaohms which is a huge value and is not so easy to implement. Paper focuses on the design and simulation of the coplanar waveguide transmission line structures with higher impedance by applying multilayer technology for the integration with self-switching diodes. Using multilayer technology in design allows wide range of impedances. Two approaches have been targeted such that meets all the requirements of integration with nanodevice. First approach is a widening the gap of the polyimide dielectric layers used in the fabrication of these components. Several design structures have been considered such as positioning the location of signal and grounds contacts with respect to the position of the dielectric layers. As the result the highest characteristic impedance of about 90 Ω was achieved at operating frequency of 110 GHz. Secondly, novel coplanar waveguide transmission line structure was investigated where the V – shape structure was joined with the signal elevated structure. The terahertz application research may effect on high data transmission rate of no less than 10 GBit/s and thereby in increase of traffic volume.

In connection with the global decarbonization program until 2050, the transition to clean green energy, the growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) number, and energy distribution and control across the load are being raised. The relevance of the work is confirmed that there has been significant growth of the industrial IoT for years, significantly changing the mechanism of industrial enterprise management programs. The object of the research is the IoT device control system for efficient energy distribution using a Queuing Theory, namely the Teletraffic Theory. The novelty of the work is that the Teletraffic Theory, which deals with the mathematical modeling and analysis of traffic patterns in communication networks, can be explicitly applied to IoT device control. The authors developed a mathematical model of IoT control using the Teletraffic Theory and, based on it, created a simulation model of a network router and a transition schedule in the "GPSS World" software. The obtained results of the work were 16 states and a balance equation in which all probabilities were found. Probabilities were used to calculate nodes and network characteristics. 100,000 requests from IoT devices coming to two routers were simulated. The study results showed that the first node's load is 63.2 % with an average processing time per transaction of M=1.436 sec., and the load of the second node is 32 % with M=0.914 sec. The created network router model worked with minimal losses during transactions. Accordingly, the IoT control system developed in this study has shown its effectiveness and is applicable for practical use in controlling IoT devices in Smart Grid. It is planned to research the possibility of using Teletraffic Theory in energy distribution control systems in Smart Grids
This article discusses the possibilities of using fractal antenna systems in wireless communication systems, their features and the main advantages of using them. The presence of the property of self-similarity of fractal structures allows them to be implemented in the creation of broadband and multiband antennas. Therefore, today the capabilities of a fractal antenna are widely studied in wireless communication systems such as 5G, 4G (LTE), Bluetooth, WLAN, WiMAX, GPS and others. The article also presents the main characteristics of fractal antennas and the practical implementation of the antenna model in the Ansys HFSS program. Simulation results, such as S11-parameter, radiation pattern and gain for MIMO patch antenna based on anisotropic fractal, and L, S band patch antenna for CubeSat nanosatellites are presented.

In order to study the patterns of deformation and change of concrete structures, studies of the fiber Bragg lattice in the form of a measuring sensor were carried out. Fiber optic sensors have several advantages: small size, resistance to electromagnetic interference, high sensitivity, wide range, simple structure, high reaction rate, corrosion resistance, geometrically versatile and resistant to external influences. This work is related to the development of the characteristics and behavior of strain sensors acting on a fiber Bragg lattice using computer modeling. The work focuses on the analysis of the operational characteristics and behavior of strain sensors acting on the fiber Bragg lattice. The sensor is used to measure the deformation of an object whose resistance varies depending on the applied force. This is shown by an example of how a fiber Bragg lattice can demonstrate strain sensors. In the work, a simulation was carried out using a computer program to simulate the operation of a fiber Bragg lattice deformation sensor. When measuring the deformation, calculations with the Young's modulus formulas were used for a more accurate calculation of the data. When measured, the wavelength left from 1662 nm to 1666 nm, as well as a constant temperature from 20 °C to 40 °C. The results show the following, the values of the Young's modulus are 23.25 Pa, the Poisson's ratio is 0.167 br, the modulus of elasticity at shear is 9.96444 Pa. And in this regard, the results of this work show: the first is that changes in the magnitude, position and shape of the deformation can reflect the dynamic evolutionary process of deformation during bending on the structure. The following is the deformation curve has a good corresponding relationship with the change in the applied pressure, which shows software modeling in different types of deformation. The conclusion shows that the technology of monitoring fiber-Bragg lattice sensors has a good effect on internal deformation and control of mechanical stresses during model tests; it provides new methods and monitoring tools for model tests
