Zhengzou LI received a B.S. degree from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 1998, and an M.S. degree in Physics Electronics and a Ph.D. in Optical Engineering from the Institute of Optics and Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chengdu, China, in 2001 and 2004, respectively. He was a postdoctoral fellow with the Department of Ophthalmology, Harvard Medical School, USA. He is currently a professor at Chongqing University and the Institute of Optics and Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include target detection and tracking, and image and signal processing for remote sensing.
