Claudio G. Cortese (Ph.D.) is a full professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the Psychology Department of the University of Turin. His research is focused on organizational well-being, job satisfaction and work motivation, psychosocial risks and work stress, leadership and followership behavior, industry 4.0 and the use of technology at work. He is the author of many scientific papers published by international journals, and of manuals dedicated to university teaching.
