Biography
Kuang Sheng received the B.S. degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, U.K., in 1999. He is currently a Professor with Zhejiang University. His current research interests include all aspects of power semiconductor devices, and ICs on SiC and Si.
