Mr. Guoqin Zhang is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Urban Environment (IUE), Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his Bachelor’s degree at the East China Normal University in 2004 and his Master’s degree at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007. He completed his PhD studies in Environmental Economics and Environmental Management at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011. His research interests include urban geography, urban environmental management, and planning.
