Simona Piccolella (Dr. PhD) is a Researcher of Food Chemistry at the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”. Her research activity is mainly devoted to the chemical characterization of bioactive molecules from medicinal and food plant sources using spectroscopic and spectrometric techniques to the metabolic profiling/fingerprinting through HPLC/MS and/or UHPLC/HRMS tools and to the in vitro evaluation of antioxidant, cytotoxic, and chemopreventive properties of natural products.
