This paper aims to determine the perception of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) employees regarding the usage of cloud computing services in their activities. The quantitative study was conducted on a sample of 315 respondents employed in Romanian SMEs. Testing of the conceptual model was performed with the WarpPLS 3.0 software. The study aimed to test how several constructs—the perceived benefits, disadvantages and risks, communication process, overall experience of using cloud computing services, perceived image, and empathy regarding the cloud computing services—influence the perception of the cloud computing service quality among SMEs employees. Moreover, employees’ perception regarding the satisfaction of using cloud computing services based on the perceived quality was also tested. We concluded that the perceived benefits and disadvantages of cloud computing service usage, the perception of both the communication process and users’ experience regarding cloud computing service use, empathy, and cloud computing service image positively influence the perceived quality of the cloud computing service usage in SMEs. We did not find evidence that the perceived risks significantly influence the perceived quality of cloud computing services. Finally, we demonstrated that the perceived quality of the cloud computing services positively influences the satisfaction regarding cloud computing services among SMEs employees.

The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the opportunities for adopting robotic applications, through a marketing mix perspective, as well as depicting the current state of industrial robot integration in Romanian enterprises and the labor market, in contrast to other economies of the European Union. In this research, we highlight the impact of industrial robots within enterprises, while also considering the perceived standard of living through GDP per capita. For this, we conducted exploratory research based on secondary data regarding the evolution of the robotics sector in Romania, in connection to the dynamics of the global and European Union robotics market. We also performed a principal components analysis, which revealed the main factors that contributed to the dynamics of nation-level enterprise statistics. Our analysis revealed that a higher integration of industrial robots contributed to the reduction of employment rates amongst all six EU countries considered, while also having positive correlations with the GDP per capita and apparent labor productivity. Mixed results were only observed for the impact of industrial robots on remuneration growth, suggesting the potential adverse effects automation could have on incomes.

We face today, both at the national and global level, a serious challenge with “Health–Nutrition–Well-Being,” requiring a more rapid adaptation to changing economic trends and new thinking, including the alternative food system, as a general expression of the concern for synergy between the social returns and business success and for improving the quality of our lives. Food quality continues to be an important topic, as consumer behavior witnesses growing diet-related health concerns, which confirms the current need to study traditional foods in order to enhance and improve the diet. In our case study, we attempted to determine if people prefer traditional food and if they consider traditional food healthier than processed food. The main objective was to gain general insight in consumer perceptions, expectations, and attitudes and to understand the relationship between consumers’ expectations and consumers’ attitudes to changes of traditional products and product acceptance, as well as exploring how attitudes toward innovation and contextual factors affect the appropriateness of traditional products.
The continuous expansion of the nursing scope of practice, the undeniable growth of the nurses’ role in the healthcare crisis, the shortage of labor, especially in rural areas and marginalized urban csommunities, and last but not least, the lack of literature on Romanian nursing autonomy are some of the background factors in this study. This study’s purpose is to assess nurses’ perceptions of their medical care independence. The main hypothesis is that more advanced levels of education generate a greater inclination toward autonomous interventions. The quantitative research is based on a survey using a self-designed questionnaire as a tool (based on a nurse-focused structure and process indicators following the Donabedian model) applied in a Romanian clinical hospital. Based on a literature review, three composite indicators were developed and tested for reliability using the Cronbach alpha coefficient. These indicators reflect autonomy from three perspectives: clinical practice independence, autonomy in relation to work, and autonomy through digitalization. This scientific approach revealed a major impact of the regulatory framework on nurses’ perceptions of their autonomy, below the expectations of use, and the acceptance of digital technologies among nurses. Finally, it was observed that college graduate nurses perceive lower levels of independence than post-secondary ones.

The marketing mix is the first step in establishing a lasting relationship between the company’s offer and the final consumer. From the product to the price meeting the needs and allows the consumer to buy, the placement and the promotion have received increasing importance. Also, when we think of an online environment where the consumer can be found, smartphones—consumer mobile journey, online TV advertising on Netflix and YouTube a.s.o. This paper aims to identify the element of the marketing mix with the highest impact on the final consumer buying decisions. For this, we have conducted a quantitative research on a sample of 100 respondents. The results show that the elements of the marketing mix passed through major changes because of the digital revolution and the unavoidable appearance of many situational factors that led to a significant variation of the consumer behaviours and changing the consumers’ mindset and their personal system of values.
