Liang Zou, PhD, is a Professor and the Director of the Science and Technology Department of Chengdu University. He mainly engaged in research on agricultural product processing, especially the processing and comprehensive development and utilization of specialty grains, systematically exploring the health value and quality characteristics of grains, and making achievements in key core areas such as the formation mechanism and precise control of grain processing quality, and the development of high-value precision nutritional products. He has published more than 100 high-level papers in domestic and foreign academic journals, 6 academic works as chief editor or deputy editor, obtained more than 20 nationally authorized invention patents, and formulated 4 industry standards.
