Jianmai Shi received his Ph.D. degree in management science and engineering from the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), Changsha, China, in 2011. From 2008 to 2009, he was a visiting Ph.D. student at the University of Windsor, Canada. From 2014 to 2015, he was a visiting scholar at McGill University. He is currently an associate professor with the School of System Engineering, NUDT. His current research interests include vehicle routing, supply chain management, and heuristic design.
