Dr. Miguel Rodríguez Pérez received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunication engineering from the University of Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain, in 2001 and 2006, respectively.
He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Telematics Engineering, University of Vigo, where he is also an affiliated member of the colocated Networking Laboratory. His research interests include congestion control and traffic engineering, with a strong focus on energy efficiency.
