Biography
Francisco Valera received his Telecommunication Engineering degree from the Technical University of Madrid (UPM), in 1998, and his Ph.D. degree in telecommunications from the University Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M), in 2002. He is currently a Tenured Associate Professor and the Head of the Telematics Engineering Department with UC3M. He has published over 80 articles in the field of advanced communications in magazines and conferences.
