Gretty Paola Rossi Esteban is a Systems Engineer, holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, and earned a Ph.D. in Administration. She is a RENACYT researcher and university professor with expertise in higher education, quality assurance, and educational management. She is a member of the Humanities for Sustainable Development (HUDESS) Research Group and the Interdisciplinary Research Group on Quality Education Management (GESCAL). Her research interests include higher education, quality management, university social responsibility, knowledge management, digital competencies, human development, and sustainable development. She has participated in university licensing, academic program accreditation, and the implementation of Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001 and ISO 21001 standards. Her professional experience also includes the mining, capital markets, and telecommunications sectors, where she developed expertise in strategic management, organizational planning, and administrative management.
