Małgorzata Krzywonos, Full Professor at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Director of Academic Centre of BioR&D . Her research interests focus on bioeconomy, food waste valorization and management, and sustainable development. She has been a team member in 5PR, 6PR and Horizon2020 research projects and a participant at more than 90 conferences as a lecturer or expert, and is the author of more than 120 publications. She is an active reviewer for MDPI, Elsevier, Springer and Wiley. She is also a Polish Journal of Environmental Studies Editorial Board member.
