Xiang Feng Kong is a well-known professor in the field of pig nutrition research in China and an in-service professor at the Institute of Subtropical Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. from the Nanjing Agricultural University (Clinical Veterinary Medicine) in 2003 and 2006, respectively.
