Contemporary trends in education have stimulated the existence of numerous competences and skills among preschool institutions. For years, those competences and skills were not implied nor required as special with the goal to improve learning and to motivate the education and upbringing of children. Such circumstances especially require the management in education. The purpose is to organize the work in the best manner so that human and material resources in the institutions are applied in the most appropriate manner. The manager in preschool institutions take care about the planning, setting goals, work organization, assignment delegation, motivation and engagement of the employees as well as administrative and financial plans of the organization. Persons with such skills are needed in the institutions for earliest upbringing and education of the youngest. That is especially noticeable in the countries which are in the development and transition process, like the Republic of Serbia. The paper represents the importance of management in education, its benefits and requirements for its development. This paper also signals that many employees of the preschool institutions require managerial competences. The paper represents certain hurdles which may appear, as well as the flaws in the system of preschool upbringing and education which can be overcome successfully with the work of a manager. The constant cooperation and communication at all levels is emphasized.

The research problem is aimed at looking at the opinions of elementary school students about knowing the dangers that exist on the Internet.. The socio-demographic structure of the sample, as a predictor model of the research, enabled the perception of the influence of certain variables on students' attitudes about dangers on the Internet. These are: gender, class, living environment (village-city), family structure, work and educational status of both parents. The research was conducted in order to determine whether students' attitudes regarding the recognition of dangers on the Internet differ statistically significantly with respect to the control variables of the research. The research included primary school students. The results of the research indicate that the structure and educational status of the family as important control variables directly affect the nature of students' attitudes about dangers on the Internet. A statistically significant difference in attitudes was established with regard to age, but in relation to gender and the work status of parents, there is no statistically significant difference in the attitudes of students about the dangers of the Internet.

The research was conducted with the aim of indicating whether the independent variables - gender of respondents, age, school attendance, material status and employment of parents are decisive, in terms of the impact of family cohesion on youth life satisfaction. The research was conducted in Novi Pazar on a sample of 200 adolescents in three high schools. The sample includes female respondents (43%), male respondents (57%) aged 15 to 18, the different material status of the family, school success and structure based on parental employment. In accordance with the problem and the goals of the research, the following measuring instruments were applied:" Life satisfaction scale which consists of 20 items. Seventeen items refer to the assessment of global satisfaction, while three items are used to assess situational satisfaction" - (Zvjezdan Penezić, 1996). "The scale was created by including the scale of life satisfaction (Satisfaction With Life, Larsen et al., 1985) and consists of 5 items of the scale of general satisfaction (Benzinović, 1988) consisting of 7 items, 5 items from the scale of positive attitudes towards life (Positive Attitudes Toward Life)". , Grave, 1995), and 3 items from the Life Enjoyment Scale for assessing situational satisfaction (Joyin Life Scale, Grave, 1995):" FACES IV Scale designed to assess the dimensions of family cohesion and family flexibility "(Olson, Gorall, & Tiesel, 2006). FACES IV contains 62 items, 42 items from FACES IV, 10 on family communication and 10 on family satisfaction. FACES IV measures the dimensions of family cohesion and family flexibility: A personal data questionnaire designed for research purposes will contain questions related to general data on respondents (gender, school performance, age, parental employment, family material standard). For data processing and determining the degree of expression of basic research variables used are: descriptive statistics techniques-arithmetic mean and standard deviation, and inference statistics through correlative techniques to determine the degree and direction of correlation of independent and dependent variables (Pearson correlation coefficient) as well as t-test and analysis of variance, to determine the significance of differences between arithmetic means.
