It aims to improve the efficiency of information collection and extraction in the current intelligent transportation system, and accurately mine the vehicle trajectory data By using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep Learning methods, the trajectory data generated during vehicle driving are deeply mined and analyzed, and the characteristics of driving behavior of vehicle drivers are modeled and analyzed in detail. Then, a method of mining driving behavior characteristics based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and vehicle trajectory is proposed. Based on the mathematical principle of wavelet packet and Least Square Support Vector Machine (LSSVM), a combined model of trajectory mining is constructed and applied to the short-term prediction of traffic flow. The traffic flow of Binjiang Road and Renmin Road in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province from August 19 to August 21, 2021 is predicted to verify the accuracy of the trajectory mining combined model. The results show that the combination model of data mining has good fitting effect, and the average accuracy is above 0.8. Besides, the effectiveness of the Deep Learning model in driver behavior classification is verified. The accuracy of the classification model is 75.2% for trajectory, and that is 76.8% for driver behavior characteristics. It is of great significance to effectively utilize the knowledge data in Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and extract valuable information from it, which has certain reference value for the subsequent refined prediction of vehicle behavior.
With the increase development of Internet of Things devices, the data-intensive workflow has emerged as a new kinds of representation for IoT applications. Because most IoT systems are structured in multi-clouds environment and the data-intensive workflow has the characteristics of scattered data sources and distributed execution requirements at the cloud center and edge clouds, it brings many challenges to the scheduling of such workflow, such as data flow control management, data transmission scheduling, etc. Aiming at the execution constraints of business and technology and data transmission optimization of data-intensive workflow, a data-intensive workflow scheduling method based on deep reinforcement learning in multi-clouds is proposed. First, the execution constraints, edge node load and data transmission volume of IoT data workflow are modeled; then the data-intensive workflow is segmented with the consideration of business constraints and the first optimization goal of data transmission; besides, taking the workflow execution time and average load balancing as the secondary optimization goal, the improved DQN algorithm is used to schedule the workflow. Based on the DQN algorithm, the model reward function and action selection are redesigned and improved. The simulation results based on WorkflowSim show that, compared with MOPSO, NSGA-II, GTBGA and DQN, the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the execution time of IoT data workflow under the condition of ensuring the execution constraints and load balancing of multi-clouds.
In light of the rapid advancement of technologies related to the Internet of things (IoT), IoT service platforms have become one of the main solutions for providing intelligent and efficient services in the industrial sector. Scheduling is an effective means to match resources and guarantee quality of service. However, existing service scheduling models and methods have not fully considered the special needs of new IoT platforms. Therefore, this article summarizes the special requirements of the new IoT platform, including the heterogeneity of IoT service platform resources, complexity and diversity of tasks, as well as considering the demand for low energy consumption and low latency. Constructed a multi-granularity task scheduling model for cloud-edge collaborative environments, which takes the special needs mentioned above into account. Combined with priority experience replay and importance sampling, a task scheduling algorithm priority replay with importance-based method in Actor Critic (PRIME-AC) based on deep reinforcement learning is proposed. The experimental results show that PRIME-AC has better performance in both task execution delay and load balancing than other baselines.
