Syed Raheel Hassan received the Ph.D. degree in network security from he Universite de Franche-Comte, France. Before his Ph.D. degree, he worked four years in the industry as a Network Administrator. He has been working in academia for last seven years. He has completed a Research Fellowship with Emory University, USA. He is currently affiliated with the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which is ranked 186 according to QS world ranking of the universities for 2019. He is also involved in multiple projects related to Network Security, such as Intrusion Detection Systems in distributed networks and Smart Authentication for future networks.
