The aim of this study is to evaluate infected leaf disease images. Precision agriculture's automatic leaf disease detection system employs image acquisition, image processing, image segmentation, feature extraction, and machine learning techniques. An automated disease detection system offers the farmer with a fast and accurate diagnosis of the plant disease. Automation of plant leaf disease detection system is essential for accelerating crop diagnosis. Using machine learning and image processing, this paper describes a framework for detecting leaf illness. An image of a leaf can be used as an input for this framework. To begin, leaf photographs are preprocessed in order to remove noise from their images. The mean filter is used to filter out background noise. Histogram equalization is used to enhance the quality of the image. The division of a single image into multiple portions or segments is referred to as segmentation in photography. It assists in establishing the boundaries of the image. Segmenting the image is accomplished using the K-Means approach. Feature extraction is carried by using the principal component analysis. Following that, images are categorized using techniques such as RBF-SVM, SVM, random forest, and ID3.
A speech impairment limits a person’s capacity for oral and auditory communication. A great improvement in communication between the deaf and the general public would be represented by a real-time sign language detector. This work proposes a deep learning-based algorithm that can identify words from a person’s gestures and detect them. There have been many studies on this topic, but the development of static and dynamic sign language recognition models is still a challenging area of research. The difficulty is in obtaining an appropriate model that addresses the challenges of continuous signs that are independent of the signer. Different signers’ speeds, durations, and many other factors make it challenging to create a model with high accuracy and continuity. For the accurate and effective recognition of signs, this study uses two different deep learning-based approaches. We create a real-time American Sign Language detector using the skeleton model, which reliably categorizes continuous signs in sign language in most cases using a deep learning approach. In the second deep learning approach, we create a sign language detector for static signs using YOLOv6. This application is very helpful for sign language users and learners to practice sign language in real time. After training both algorithms separately for static and continuous signs, we create a single algorithm using a hybrid approach. The proposed model, consisting of LSTM with MediaPipe holistic landmarks, achieves around 92% accuracy for different continuous signs, and the YOLOv6 model achieves 96% accuracy over different static signs. Throughout this study, we determine which approach is best for sequential movement detection and for the classification of different signs according to sign language and shows remarkable accuracy in real time.
The DevOps (development and operations) is a collaborative software development environment which offers the continues development and deployment of quality software project within short time. The DevOps practices are not yet mature enough, and the software organizations hesitate to adopt it. This study aims: (1) to explore the DevOps challenges by conducting systematic literature review (SLR) and to get the insight of industry experts via questionnaire survey study; (2) to prioritize the investigated challenges using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP). The study findings provide the set of critical challenges faced by the software organizations while adopting DevOps and a prioritization-based taxonomy of the DevOps challenges. The application of FAHP is novel in this research area as it assists in addressing the vagueness of practitioners concerning the influencing factors of DevOps. We believe that the finding of this study will serve as a body of knowledge for real world practitioners and researchers to revise and develop the new strategies for the successful implementation of DevOps practices in the software industry.

Rapid software development is critical for meeting company objectives and competing more effectively in the competitive IoT infrastructure. DevOps is a growing technique that enables enterprises to provide high-quality software capabilities through automation, to improve team communication, and to increase efficiency across the software product lifecycle. Research problem: Due to the increased demand for new products and technologies, a huge overwork shifted on the organizations for introducing software with pace and to become stable to compete with others. Due to this, the majority of organizations prefer an automated system for product development and require cloud-based applications. The git version control system is used for version management and Docker is used to package code and provide libraries. AWS services are leveraged to deploy an application as a cloud. Jenkins is used as a CI/CD pipeline to manage various phases of development and to make the development process continuous. The ELK stack is used to monitor and visualize the execution of code. In light of the findings, DevOps is an efficient method for cloud application deployment and resource selection based on the relative importance of each optimized objective in terms of value parameters such as cost, memory, and CPU capacity, and that the method can be tailored to specific application requirements. The findings of this analysis indicate that an application can be deployed to the cloud using DevOps techniques. The proposed approach cost 60% less at full weight 1.0 and 11.3% less with no weight compared to the benchmark solution’s 15.078%

Testing provides means pertaining to assuring software performance. The total aim of software industry is actually to make a certain start associated with high quality software for the end user. However, associated with software testing has quite a few underlying concerns, which are very important and need to pay attention on these issues. These issues are effectively generating, prioritization of test cases, etc. These issues can be overcome by paying attention and focus. Solitary of the greatest Problems in the software testing area is usually how to acquire a great proper set associated with cases to confirm software. Some other strategies and also methodologies are proposed pertaining to shipping care of most of these issues. Genetic Algorithm (GA) belongs to evolutionary algorithms. Evolutionary algorithms have a significant role in the automatic test generation and many researchers are focusing on it. In this study explored software testing related issues by using the GA approach. In addition to right after applying some analysis, better solution produced, that is feasible and reliable. The particular research presents the implementation of GAs because of its generation of optimized test cases. Along these lines, this paper gives proficient system for the optimization of test case generation using genetic algorithm.Comment: 9 page
