Dr. Fernando Veiga is an Associate Professor at the High Technical School of Industrial and Telecommunication Engineers, Universidad Pública de Navarra, Campus de Arrosadía, Pamplona, Spain. He holds a Doctorate in Engineering from Tecnun, University of Navarra, where he also trained as an Industrial Engineer. From 2010 to 2022, he was a researcher at Tecnalia, focusing on industry and transportation, and has been involved in numerous privately and publicly funded projects. Dr. Veiga has presented at various national and international conferences and is co-author of over 60 articles in indexed journals. He is currently responsible for the Degree in Industrial Technologies and Deputy Director of the High Technical School of Industrial and Telecommunication Engineers at the Universidad Pública de Navarra. His research interests include additive manufacturing, welding processes, and inspection technologies for welded structures.
