Mattia Rapa is a tenure-track researcher at San Raffaele University in Rome. His research focuses on the intersection of quality, sustainability, and technological innovation in agri-food and environmental systems. He holds a PhD in Management, Banking, and Commodity Sciences and has extensive experience in analytical chemistry, life cycle assessment (LCA), multivariate statistical analysis, and sustainability management. He is a principal investigator and collaborator in several national and international research projects, addressing topics such as food traceability, environmental impact assessment, and digital innovation in agri-food. He serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for leading international journals and has published over seventy papers, including over forty peer-reviewed articles in Scopus-indexed journals.
