Dr. Tang Fei is associate Professor and assistant chairman of Department of Precision Instrument at Tsinghua University, Member of council, deputy Secretary General and Office Director of Chinese Society of Micro-Nano Technology, and Director of Laboratory of Research Center of Micro-Nano Technology at Tsinghua University. He is also the Guest Editor of the international journal of AIP Advances. He received his bachelor and Master’s degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, and Ph.D. of engineering degree from Tsinghua University. He has been a visiting professor in Purdue University from 2015 to 2016. His academic specialty includes: MEMS design and process, precision measurement and control technology, analytical instrument, biochip and microfluidic research, as well as electromechanical integration technology.
