Hrvoje Glavaš (1974) was born in Osijek, Croatia. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Faculty of Electrical Engineering Osijek. His fields of interest are energy management, energy efficiency, public lighting and thermography. His work experience includes energy audits, energy certification of buildings, thermographic audits, internal audits according to ISO 9001, electric and magnetic field measurements. He was authorised by the two ministries of the Republic of Croatia to perform energy audits. For ten years, he worked as Technical Manager of the electromagnetic compatibility laboratory according to ISO 17025. In 2019, he became an IEEE Senior Member. He is currently a full professor at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek.
