Currently holds the position of Director and university professor at the Institute of Geodesy, Cartography and Geographical Information Systems at FBERG TUKE faculty. He specializes in Geoinformatics, professionally and scientifically, focusing on 3D modelling and visualization of spatial data in geographic information systems. He is an expert in 3D modelling and 3D visualization of natural objects in CAD and GIS and an expert in spatial analysis of geodata acquired. He is competent in performing geological works, and the surveyor's function for mining activities and activities carried out by mining methods. He is the author and co-author of more than 230 scientific and scholarly publications, and he actively participates in solving research tasks. His publication record comprises more than 25 publications in the WoS/CC database, 60 in WoS. His published research was cited more than 600 times in WoS and more than 700 times in Scopus.
