Prof. Dr. Dongyan Zhang is a professor at the Northwest A&F University. He received his Ph.D. degree from the School of Environment and Resources, Zhejiang University, in 2012. Moreover, he is a postdoctoral fellow jointly trained by the Institute of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Texas A&M University. He is a member of the China Artificial Intelligence Society, China Optical Engineering Society, China Remote Sensing Society, and IEEE Society in the United States. His research
