MARTIN ONYEKA OKOYE received the B.Eng. degree in electrical/electronics and computer engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria, in 2008, and the M.Sc. degree in electronic systems design engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia, in 2018. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Electrical Engineering at Shenyang University of Technology, Shenyang, China. His research interests include generation systems, power system reliability assessment, and cyber-physical systems.
