The importance of facilities for forest tourism to the development of forest tourism has been mentioned in many studies, but there is a lack of quantitative and specific research. In order to specifically study the effect of facilities for forest tourism on the development of forest tourism, a theoretical path from the cognition of the development level of facilities for forest tourism to the willingness of tourists to visit urban forest parks was constructed based on the perceived value theory. Then, the process and significance of the influence were quantitatively calculated by using a structural equation model (SEM). The results show that: (1) Cognition of the development level of facilities for forest tourism has a significant positive effect on the perceived value of landscape resources, the perceived value of the ecological environment, and tourists’ satisfaction. (2) The perceived value of the ecological environment has a significant positive effect on tourists’ satisfaction. (3) Tourists’ satisfaction has a significant positive effect on tourists’ willingness to visit urban forest parks. (4) The perceived value of landscape resources has no significant effect on tourists’ satisfaction. (5) The variety, layout, and advancement of facilities for forest tourism have a significant positive effect on the cognition of the development level of facilities for forest tourism, among which the layout has the most significant effect, followed by advancement and finally variety. We suggest that, when building facilities for forest tourism, tourists’ feelings and satisfaction should be the primary considerations.

It is related to the ecological well-being of the people and the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin to protect the ecological environment of the Yellow River Basin and promote the construction of ecological belts. Henan Province is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin. This article constructs an index system from five dimensions: residential environment, economic environment, public services, infrastructure and ecological environment. Based on the statistical yearbook of Henan Province in the past five years and the data of China Rural Statistical Yearbook, the entire Henan Province and the main 18 prefecture-level cities were evaluated using the entropy method for rural human settlement environment. On the whole, the rural human settlement environment in Henan Province has been in a slow growth stage in the past five years, and all cities have been in a fluctuating growth stage. The government should adjust measures to local conditions and strengthen ecological environment control on the premise of maintaining sustained and stable economic development.
The carbon emissions trading market is an essential tool for addressing climate change. The carbon emissions trading market has a relatively short history, and the research and management of risks in this market require further development. This paper takes as its research object 1272 pieces of English literature studies published by international scholars and featured on the Web of Science between 2002 and 2024. It uses CiteSpace software to categorize changes in the trends related to carbon market risk research based on time, space, and keyword clustering mapping. The results reveal the following: (1) In terms of the timeline, the risk evolution of the international carbon market is divided into an embryonic period (2002–2007), a developmental period (2008–2018), and a prosperous period (2019–2024); (2) from the perspective of spatial distribution, carbon market risk research institutions are multipolar, with China, the United States, and the United Kingdom, among other countries, issuing more studies on the topic; these studies mainly emerge from universities and research institutions; and (3) in terms of research hotspots, they revolve around four disciplinary issues, namely, primary research related to carbon market risk, carbon market risk categories, carbon market risk measurement, and response programs.
The existing research on forestry infrastructure has focused on suggestions from other areas of forestry research: that forestry infrastructure should be completed and improved. However, research on forestry infrastructure is relatively rare. In the real world, there are various problems with creating forestry infrastructure, such as complex approval procedures for facility construction, irrational facility layout, insufficient funding for facility construction, and conflicts between the nature of land used for facility construction and the nature of forest land. This paper uses game theory to analyze the behavior of forest infrastructure goods suppliers. Relevant parameters related to forest area infrastructure were designed, including communication, environmental certainty, information feedback, and reward and punishment mechanisms, and experimental economics methods were used to simulate accurate behavior regarding the supply of goods. Then, the key factors that affect the provision of quasi-public goods for forestry infrastructure were studied. At the end of the paper, some targeted suggestions that distinguish rural infrastructure from general infrastructure are given.

Forest fires threaten not only the forest ecosystem but also the safety of human health and their property. The Chinese Government has issued corresponding policies to strengthen the emphasis on forest fire prevention. Therefore, this paper uses panel data from 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) in China from 2011 to 2018 to establish a multiple regression model to study the relationship between the forest fire prevention policy and the health of forest resources, and it draws relevant conclusions. We put forward relevant suggestions accordingly to promote the improvement of the health of forest resources.

The paper took 12 groups of parent companies and subsidiaries as the samples, in which the property service companies, spun from the real estate companies, have successfully on the capital market. The research showed that the average abnormal return (AAR) of real estate companies’ stocks was positive on the first announcement date of possible spin-off listing, while the cumulative average abnormal return (CAAR) remained positive for 21 days during the (–11, 9) days around the first announcement of possible spin-off and listing. Further, the changes in operating performance of real estate companies and property service companies were analysed after the successful spin-off for 3 consecutive years, compared with the year before the spin-off and listing. The results showed that after the spin-off and listing, real estate companies and property service companies have greatly improved their performance. Therefore, the fact that real estate companies spun off property service companies created positive values for shareholders.
