Purpose: This study aims to analyze green supply chain management (GSCM) and green marketing strategies (GMS) to green purchasing intentions (GPI). This study conducts on craft SMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses primary data which is obtained through questionnaires. The unit of analysis in this study is organizations and individuals. The sampling technique is purposing sampling, with the criteria of SMEs that conduct environmentally friendly production processes and consumers who have ever bought green products. Data analysis uses structural equation modeling. Research limitations/implications: This study is limited by relatively small sample size. The sample is only environmentally oriented SMEs. Large companies that are also environmentally friendly have not been included as samples in this study, so the results of this study only generalized to SMEs. Future research should accommodate these two types of companies, namely SMEs and companies, so that it can be easier to generalize the findings and allow different tests of GSCM to be applied to SMEs and large companies. This study only analyzed GSCM from two dimensions, namely GP and GCC. Other variables that can be used to explain GSCM are internal environmental, green information systems, eco-design and packaging. Practical implications: GSCM can be started with conducts the right GP and always coordinating with consumers which related to green products. GP (green purchasing) and GCC (green consumer cooperation) as GSCM elements have a strong association in predicting the success of a green marketing strategy. It is expected that SMEs should pay attention to the raw material purchase so that the problem of environmentally friendly raw materials can be truly obtained to enter the production process and produce environmentally friendly products. Originality/value: This study analyzes the relationship between GSCM practices and organizational performance in the green marketing and business strategies context, where there is still a scarcity of studies in this context. Besides that, there is an increase in awareness of green operations and green marketing in Asia, but the relevant studies in Asian countries have not been conducted much, especially in Southeast Asia. The result of this study proves that the GSCM model can increase value along the supply chain by emphasizing green supply chain management and green marketing.

Purpose: This study aims to examine and analyze the nexus between Green Intellectual Capital (GIC), Supply Chain Integration (SCI), Digital Supply Chain (DSC), Supply Chain Agility (SCA) dan Business Performance (BP). It also aims to examine and analyze the mediating influence of several variables: (a) the mediating role of SCI on the relationship between GIC and BP, (b) the mediating role of DSC on the relationship between GIC and BP dan (c) the mediating role of SCA on the relationship between GIC and BP.Design/methodology: Quantitative approach is carried out using a survey to the owners or managers, and owners and managers of courier service SMEs in two provinces, namely East Java and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). These two provinces are known to have a courier service SMEs in a large amount because of its population density and large business transaction. The number of respondents analyzed are 183 SMEs. This study uses purposive sampling with certain criteria. The approach of the model is using Structural Equation Modelling with AMOS 23.Findings: (1) GIC has a significant positive influence on SCI; (2) GIC does not have a significant positive influence on BP; (3) GIC has a significant positive influence on DSC; (3) GIC has a significant positive influence on SCA; (4) SCI has a significant positive influence on BP; (5) DSC has a significant positive influence on BP; (6) SCA does not have a significant positive influence on BP. The results of mediation analysis conclude that: (a) SCI mediates the influence between GIC on BP; (b) DSC mediates the influence between GIC on BP; and (c) SCA mediates the influence between GIC on BP.Research limitations/implications: Selecting respondents using purposive sampling is feared to not be able to generalize the population in the two provinces, namely East Java and DIY. The study also uses a self-administered survey, especially on assessing business performance, thus it is feared that there might be a bias, although it has been compared to similar competitor SMEs. Courier service SMEs also have limitation in implementing digital SC, thus they do not quite understand the questionnaire asked even though the researcher has provided assistance during the research.Managerial Implication: Companies need to improve GIC and DSC through various strategies and policies such as training, workshop, and other intellectual development routinely and intensively. It can be done by cooperating with other parties such as universities and the government. This step should be taken in order to achieve harmony in all activities of supply chain management (SCM). Companies should also carry out an effective and efficient learning process for companies to move more agile and dynamic, therefore BP can increase sustainably and not static.Theoretical Implication: This study provides a theoretical contribution, especially on the nexus between GIC, SCI, DSC, SCA, and BP. DSC becomes a very interesting strategic aspect when it is implemented in the current era, where all the business process cannot be separated from digital-based technology.Originality/value: Studies in Asia, moreover in Indonesia, which integrates GIC and associate it with business performance mediated by SCI, DSC, and SCA is still rare. In this era, there is a need for an increase of digital competition in all human resources of courier service SMEs in Indonesia, especially when the SMEs have not had a good SCM system. Digital supply chain requires GIC, and they must be fast and agile to adapt to technology and environmental turbulence. Keywords: Green Intelectual Capital (GIC), Supply Chain Integration (SCI), Digital Supply Chain (DSC), Supply Chain Agility (SCA) and Business Performance (BP).

Purpose: This study aims to empirically test and analyze the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) and Green Lifestyle on business sustainability mediated by digital skills.Design/Methodology: This study involved logistics managers at manufacturing companies in DKI Jakarta and West Java, Indonesia. It is because these two provinces have the largest manufacturing companies in Indonesia. From a late survey, the researchers obtained data from 250 questionnaires that were distributed. Then from all the data, there were 218 data that could be processed for further analysis. This study utilized the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with AMOS 24 software in the data testing process.Findings: This study has confirmed a number of findings including: With the current COVID-19 Pandemic, Green Human Resources Management (GRHM) and Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) are needed in Business Sustainability. GSCM has a positive effect on Business Sustainability (BS). Indonesia is also facing a revolution of 4.0 and 5.0, and Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) practice has an influence on BS and is deemed having significant and positive effect. In addition, manufacturing companies support the practice of green environment so that Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practice needs Digital Skill (DS) in enhancing its performance. Also, it has been proven in this research that GSCM has positive and significant effect. Digital Skill (DS), however, has no direct effect on Business Sustainability (BS).Research Limitation/Implications: This study focuses on the scope of green human resource management, green supply chain management, and green lifestyle and their impact on business sustainability mediated by digital skills. The next study is expected to examine the concept of green human resource management in service companies in order to obtain unique findings and confirm the relevance of the green human resource management concept in various business phenomena.Originality/value: This study explains the concept of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) and Green Lifestyle (GL) towards Business Sustainability (BS) which is a different concept from the concept of Human Resource Management (HRM) implemented in manufacturing companies. In addition, this study discusses the green supply chain in its influence on business sustainability. Also, this study explains the role of the concept of Digital Skills (DS) in influencing Business Sustainability (BS).Practical and Social Implication: This study is expected to be a reference for practitioners, especially in the fields of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), Green Lifestyle (GL), and Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in improving Business Sustainability (BS). Furthermore, the concept of green human resource management can be used by organizations as an effective alternative to increase responsibility in increasing business sustainability. Digital skills have a very significant role in implementing the research model.

Purpose: This study tests and analyzes the relationship pattern (nexus) of Green HRM, SCP, and BP. In addition, this study also tests the mediation role of SCP in analyzing the relationship between GHRM and BP and the mediation role of SCP in analyzing the relationship between SCOL and BP. Design/methodology: This study uses survey method. The survey is distributed to owners/managers of courier service SMEs in two provinces (Special Region of Yogyakarta and East Java) in Indonesia. The sampling technique is conducted purposively with 165 respondents. The data analysis technique uses AMOS 23. Findings: SCOL has a positive effect on SCP and BP and mediates the effect of SCP on BP. The most interesting about the findings is GHRM has no effect on SCP and BP and SCP does not mediate GHRM on BP. Research limitations/implications: Researcher use purposive sampling which has limitation of not being able to generalize the population in two provinces, namely Special Region of Yogyakarta and East Java. This is also not ideal approach to evaluate the impact of GHRM on SCP and BP and the impact of SCOL on SCP and BP. Courier service SMEs in this study have not implemented GHRM in ideal manner so they are unable to conclude the results in a comprehensive and transparent manner. Managerial Implication: Companies need to consider aspects related to the courier service industry, namely digitalization of information and green innovation so their contribution can be seen in improving whole business performance. In addition, it is necessary to divide SMEs that have practiced GHRM and those that are not so they can make strategies and policies related to GHRM, SCP, BP and SCOL. It is also necessary to examine other aspects in improving the business sustainability of courier services, namely the complexity and service strategy orientation. SMEs who have more SCOL strategy will better implement GHRM practices associated with SCP and BP. This is important since competition in the courier service industry is getting tougher especially when faced with foreign competitors who already have global service standards. Theory Implication: This study contributes the theory enrichment of SCOL aspect in mediating the relationship pattern between SCP and BP. This study also provides theoretical contributions namely GHRM has no effect on SCP and BP and SCP does not mediate GHRM on BP. Originality/value: Study which examines the role of SCOL, especially when it is related to GHRM, SCP and BP is still limited in Asia. SME owners in the courier service industry rarely have good data integration in the system. The implementation of SC is starting from upstream to downstream processes so that SMEs need a well-planned and integrated SCOL in each work unit which ultimately have an impact on SCP and BP.
