Due to the emergence of computer education, AI education, the Internet of Things, big data, and technological wisdom, it is easy for students to be distracted when engaged in traditional education. Flipped teaching is a teaching strategy frequently used in colleges and universities. The focus of this research was conducted by a comparative analysis of the cognitive load between the experimental group and the control group through a quasi-experimental design for research with different learning methods and different classes. More specifically, flipped teaching was carried out with an experimental group, and traditional teaching a control group; they were observed at the same time, and 213 private university students participated in the experiment. The research proposes a practice of mixed teaching, carried out in a group communication behavior system, and enhancing the spirit of group interaction and learning through mobile devices. The core value of the research lies in (1) online learning, (2) group interaction, and (3) the learning load of the conceptual model. In addition, focus group interviews were used to provide feedback on participants’ cognition and emotions. The results indicate that there were differences in cognitive load between the two classes.

‘Chelonia mydas food’ is an interactive system using Kinect skeleton tracking technology. Through people’s bodies, for example, movement of the hands, feet or head, participants can to interact and connect with Chelonia mydas. This presents interactive scenarios for Chelonia mydas and the surrounding environment, and enhances people’s education in the marine environment’s ecology. This research is different from previous book-based learning, and through interactive education increases the interest in learning. The contributions of this research are as follows: (1) to design a prototype system for the ‘Chelonia mydas food’ interactive teaching method experience; (2) on-site observation and participant questionnaires are used to evaluate research performance. Although developed as an interactive prototype system design, it is expected to effectively improve awareness of marine environmental protection’s education.

Herbal tea is treated as a health tea in the West and professional tea farmers make up many types of herbal tea. `Tastee' interactive device is a function that provides people with understanding their health. This new system is constructed by a Arduino chip with RFID chip to form the interactive design experience. Through this new design apply to a different herbal tea, and a different curative effect for experiencing the fun of mixing teas.

This research explores the use of electronic media in cultural related exhibition. It uses “Matsu Monopoly” interactive projection device as an example. Matsu Monopoly is an easy use device which allows people to understand the culture and the history of Matsu. Through the dynamics, images, and texts, visitors in the video, it will impressive the visitors for a strong visual feedback. We hope visitors will interact with the device, and profound experience a variety connotations of the Matsu culture in order to learn new knowledge from the game.
