Professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Forestry University, mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research in the fields of rural forestry reform and development, natural resources property rights system, wildlife protection economy and policy, understory economy, national reserve forests, forestry carbon sinks and the realization of the value of forestry ecological products. Researcher of the National Wetland Conservation Research Center, expert of State Forestry and Grassland Administration (SFA) forward working group on the disposal of elephant herds in the north; member of Expert Committee on Asian Elephant Conservation. He has presided over (participated in) more than 30 national funds at provincial and ministerial level, as well as international exchange and cooperation projects. He has published more than 150 academic papers in famous academic journals at home and abroad, including more than 30 papers in SCI/SSCI search journals. He has published two monographs and five books.
