Prof. Dr. Junliang Yang received his Ph.D. in 2008 from the State Key Laboratory of Polymer Physics and Chemistry at the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He then worked for two and a half years as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Warwick. In April 2011, he moved to Australia and worked as a research fellow at the Bio21 Institute at the University of Melbourne and as a visiting scientist in the Flexible Electronics Laboratory at
the CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation). In March 2012, he was appointed as a full professor in the School of Physics and Electronics at Central South University. His research interests cover the controllable fabrication of highly ordered organic semiconductor thin films,
organic electronic and optoelectronic devices, and printed electronics.
