Prof. Jia Guo is a Lecturer at the College of Computer and Information Engineering, Tianjin Normal University, Tianjin, China. He received the Ph.D. degree from the National Key Laboratory, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 2021. Prof. Jia Guo has presided over several projects, including the National Youth Fund and the Ministry of Transport project, and participated in many projects, such as the 863 Program and the National Key RD Program. He has authored or co-authored several SCI and international conference papers. His research interests include wireless communication, wireless network optimization, streaming media, and quality of service of the Internet.
