Cong Kong obtained his Ph.D. degree in 2013 at the East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) and is currently an associate professor at the East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences. His research interests are the analysis of harmful residues in fishery products with MS tag assisted HPLC-MS method, and their coupled sample preparation method, analysis materials, rapid detection sensors for harmful residues, and the high-value utilization of aquatic products.
