Dr. Ottavia Eleonora Ferraro is currently a research fellow in medical statistics at the Unit of Biostatistics and Clinical Epidemiology at the Department of Public Health, Experimental, and Forensic Sciences. She is a biostatistician with more than eight years of research experience in the field. She graduated in Statistics and was then awarded a PhD in Medical Statistics from the University of Pavia, Ital. Dr. Ferraro contributed to the design, planning, implementation, and analysis of research studies in Aging, Neurological Diseases, and Clinical and Environmental Epidemiology, and she is still involved in different national and international academic research projects. Dr. Ferraro has been a teaching assistant and she is a Professor of Medical Statistics in various BSc programs at the University of Pavia. For several years, she has been teaching Non-Parametric Methodology and ANOVA in post-graduate programs in Biostatistics and Epidemiological Methods at the University of Pavia. Dr. Ferraro is a fellow of the Italian Society of Medical Statistics and Clinical Epidemiology (SISMEC).
