Dr. Aiping Luan is the Associate Professor at the Tropical Crops Genetics Resources Institute, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. She completed her Ph.D. studies in agriculture with a specialization in plant breeding and genetics at South China Agricultural University. She has published 12 papers in various journals. Her teaching disciplines include breeding major crops, and her interests include plant transformation, breeding, and plant science.
