The fast evolution of artificial intelligence frameworks has resulted in the creation of increasingly sophisticated large language models (LLM), ChatGPT being the most famous one. This study paper dives into this LLM with a case study of ChatGPT’s architecture and provides a thorough comparative analysis of its numerous versions, tracking its history from its conception to its most recent incarnations. This research intends to give a full knowledge of the model’s history by investigating the underlying mechanisms and enhancements provided in each edition. The comparative analysis covers key aspects such as model size, training data, fine-tuning techniques, and performance metrics. Furthermore, this study evaluates the limits of ChatGPT in its many incarnations. These limitations include common sense reasoning difficulties, biased replies, verbosity, sensitivity to input wording, and others. Each constraint is investigated for potential remedies and workarounds. This research article also provides a complete analysis of the ChatGPT architecture and its progress through multiple iterations. It gives vital insights for academics, developers, and users wanting to harness the promise of ChatGPT while managing its restrictions by exploring both the model’s strengths and limitations. The distinctiveness of this paper rests in its comprehensive assessment of ChatGPT’s architectural development and its practical strategy for resolving the myriad difficulties in producing cohesive and contextually relevant replies.

Medical IoT devices and Telemedicine computation is the growing domain and further involving biomedical computation via machine learning ecosystem has generated an insightful results and analysis. The resources sharing and availability in computing and decision support suffer with a higher latency and energy consumption. In this manuscript, a novel TinyML based model for medical consumer devices resources allocation and resource sharing is discussed. The proposed framework is developed using Federated learning (FL) models for extracting the resource utilization patterns at individual user levels. These locally computed models are further facilitated with edge computation layer for locating resource patterns extraction. The technique is deployed on the dynamic server based resource pooling for effective analysis and resource scheduling and expanded to develop a reliable recommendation model for medical resource management. The framework has trained 128 clusters of 6400 rural and 12800 urban IoT devices samples for resource allocation and scheduling using telemedicine protocol (TelMED). The framework has secured an efficiency of 93.21% in urban user recommendation and 94.72% for rural users.

In this research, we introduce two new machine learning regression methods: the Ensemble Average and the Pipelined Model. These methods aim to enhance traditional regression analysis for predictive tasks and have undergone thorough evaluation across three datasets, Kaggle House Price, Boston House Price, and California Housing, using various performance metrics. The results consistently show that our models outperform existing methods in terms of accuracy and reliability across all three datasets. The Pipelined Model, in particular, is notable for its ability to combine predictions from multiple models, leading to higher accuracy and impressive scalability. This scalability allows for their application in diverse fields like technology, finance, and healthcare. Furthermore, these models can be adapted for real-time and streaming data analysis, making them valuable for applications such as fraud detection, stock market prediction, and IoT sensor data analysis. Enhancements to the models also make them suitable for big data applications, ensuring their relevance for large datasets and distributed computing environments. It is important to acknowledge some limitations of our models, including potential data biases, specific assumptions, increased complexity, and challenges related to interpretability when using them in practical scenarios. Nevertheless, these innovations advance predictive modeling, and our comprehensive evaluation underscores their potential to provide increased accuracy and reliability across a wide range of applications. The results indicate that the proposed models outperform existing models in terms of accuracy and robustness for all three datasets. The metaverse is an upcoming computing paradigm aiming towards blending reality seamlessly with the artificially generated 3D worlds of deep cyberspace. This giant interactive mesh of three-dimensional reconstructed realms has recently received tremendous attention from both an academic and commercial point of view owing to the curiosity instilled by its vast possible use cases. Every virtual world in the metaverse is controlled and maintained by a virtual service provider (VSP). Interconnected clusters of LiDAR sensors act as a feeder network to these VSPs which then process the data and reconstruct the best quality immersive environment possible. These data can then be leveraged to provide users with highly targeted virtual services by building upon the concept of digital twins (DTs) representing digital analogs of real-world items owned by parties that create and establish the communication channels connecting the DTs to their real-world counterparts. Logically, DTs represent data on servers where postprocessing can be shared easily across VSPs, giving rise to new marketplaces and economic frontiers. This paper presents a dynamic and distributed framework to enable high-quality reconstructions based on incoming data streams from sensors as well as to allow for the optimal allocation of VSPs to users. The optimal synchronization intensity control problem between the available VSPs and the feeder network is modeled using a simultaneous differential game, while the allocation of VSPs to users is modeled using a preference-based game-theoretic approach, where the users give strict preferences over the available VSPs.
