In today’s emerging environment sustainable supply chain risks play a vital role in firms’ performance more than ever, because risks tend to disrupt sustainable operations, which ultimately reduces a firm’s performance, but these risks can be managed through supply chain integration practices, which leads to higher firms’ performance. Therefore, this paper examines the relationship between sustainable supply chain risks, supply chain integration, and firm’s financial performance. This study employs 296 survey observations along with financial data of published annual statements to estimate the quantitative causal-effects of three dimensions of sustainable supply chain risks on supply chain integration and financial performance. The findings of the study suggest that sustainable internal business process risks, sustainable supply risks, and sustainable demand risks have a negative relationship with supply chain integration. Furthermore, results of the study explored that all the three supply chain integration practices have a positive impact on firms’ financial performance, which suggests that implementing supply chain integration practices reduces the effect of supply chain risks and increases the firm’s performance.

Agricultural crowdfunding has promoted the development of China’s agriculture and rural economy. Ensuring the sustainable development of agricultural crowdfunding is a key issue that needs attention against the current background. The concept of cohesion is introduced into the study of agricultural crowdfunding risk prevention, and the cohesion evaluation index system is determined with the help of the gray-rough set method, weights of which are determined by using triangular fuzzy hierarchy analysis. The TOPSIS method is used to evaluate it, four crowdfunding projects are selected for case studies, and the models are compared and analyzed. Finally, the influencing factors are comprehensively analyzed. The results show that: (1) The case evaluation results are consistent with its actual situation, and the comparison with the model presents the accuracy of the selected model, both of which verify the feasibility of the evaluation model. (2) Collaboration, organizational leadership, and the degree of assurance of the quantity and quality of agricultural products are important factors affecting the improvement of the cohesion in agricultural crowdfunding risk prevention. (3) The most significant factors in enhancing the cohesiveness of agricultural crowdfunding risk prevention are “responsiveness” and “safety of agricultural products”. Finally, the targeted countermeasures and suggestions are expected to provide the decision-making basis for the risk management of agricultural crowdfunding and realize the sustainable development of agricultural crowdfunding.

Aiming at the problems such as scattered subjects, static mode and single function, this paper explores a dynamic synergistic risk prevention mode of agricultural crowdfunding that adapts to the age of data intelligence. Based on multiple prevention subjects, the blockchain technology and cohesion principle are introduced into agricultural crowdfunding prevention, and then a risk prevention dynamic model of “blockchain + agricultural crowdfunding” is constructed from the synergistic perspective. Fuzzy cognitive map model and its reasoning mechanism are used to simulate four scenarios of 1-subject, 2-subjects, 3-subjects, and 4-subjects respectively in the dynamic model and the static model. The results show that: as the number of risk prevention subjects increases, so does the cohesion, and the cohesion of multi-subjects reaches a higher state in less time and the steady-state faster, even though the fluctuation range reduces. The risk value for the multi-agent reduces rapidly and reaches a lower risk value in a shorter period of time. Overall, cohesion increases while risk reduces. In the same scenario, dynamic mode cohesion is stronger than static mode cohesion, and it takes less time to attain the steady-state value. Under various scenarios, the dynamic model’s cohesiveness steady-state value increases with the number of subjects, which is stronger than the static model’s. This study not only enriches and develops the theory of risk management of agricultural crowdfunding, but also provides a decision-making basis for the enterprises and the government, etc., to formulate, adjust, and implement risk prevention measures.

In order to effectively avoid the risks and prevent them in advance from the root, the paper first identifies the risk influencing factors of agricultural crowdfunding from the project operation stage. Fuzzy ISM was used to analyze the risk factors, and MICMAC was used to analyze their driving force and dependence, so as to determine the priority and focus on the key factors, and put forward targeted suggestions. The results show: the key factors in each stage are fundraising team ability and platform selection, platform review, professional platform manager, and farm monitoring. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward from three aspects: team construction, platform construction and farm construction.
