Muhammad Safiullah Virk is a Post-doctoral Researcher at the School of Food and Biological Engineering, Jiangsu University. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture-Food Science and Technology and his Master’s degree in Food Technology from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2009 and 2011, respectively, and earned a Ph.D. in Food Science (Food microbiology and biotechnology) from Huazhong Agricultural University in 2019.
