Biography
Arash Hejazi was born in Iran, in 1989. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), South Korea, in 2021. From 2020 to 2021 he served as a senior RFIC engineer at SKAIChips Co., Ltd., South Korea. In 2022 he worked as a postdoctoral associate at University of Calgary (UofC), Alberta, Canada. Currently, he is working as principal RFIC engineer at SKAIChips Co., Ltd., South Korea. His research interests include CMOS RF and mm-wave phase-locked loops and frequency synthesizers, and RF front-end circuits for mobile communication systems (RF antenna switches and low-noise amplifiers).
